What has happened to common courtesy, respect and appreciation for people in the job and career search process? I have been seeing and hearing how job seekers are ignored, not communicated with and jerked around by companies they are seeking employment with for weeks. No response, no reply, nothing, even after they have been contacted and gone through interviews.
